The architects were tasked with creating a contemporary and monumental residential tower that blends harmoniously with the green and maritime surroundings of the Kempisch Dok at 'Het Eilandje' district.

The architectural design of the 23-storey building, comprising 92 unique apartments, is truly one of a kind. To optimise the panoramic views from the residences, a remarkable concept was developed featuring an elegant twist at the midsection of the structure. This subtle rotation enhances the perspective over the city and the docks, making full use of the surrounding vistas. The façade, clad in premium natural stone, lends the tower a sophisticated appearance, while the bronze-accented aluminium joinery adds a touch of timeless grandeur.

Within the base framework, the plinth, communal mid-section, and upper penthouse level are clearly defined, creating a strong vertical architectural composition.

Expansive glass surfaces allow an abundance of natural light to flood the interiors, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors. The glass balustrades are not only visually striking but also highly functional-offering protection from wind and rain while safeguarding residents' privacy, all without obstructing the views. Every apartment has been intelligently laid out to ensure optimal living space, where comfort, luxury, and tranquillity come together in perfect harmony.

At the stairwells, the floor slabs are visually recessed, creating a striking architectural anchor point. This open staircase design allows for increased natural light and offers stunning views.
